Our retirement village had been using an outdated emergency system for many years. We constantly had problems as it too was incorporated into our telephone system. It was time for a change. Acsess Health has been our provider for emergency, internet and telephone systems. After discussions with them we decided to change over to the NOVO system which has been a great fit for our Village. A small base station either positioned in the kitchen or centrally in the living room powered by electricity and not reliant on the phone system. Residents have embraced the new system as it is easy and safe to use. The health and well being of our residents are paramount and the NOVO system is the most efficient for their safety in times of emergency.
