VMCH have recently upgraded the emergency call systems across seven of our Retirement Living sites to the NOVO system produced by Legrand Care Australia, resulting in an upgrade of in excess of 400 units across these sites. NOVO’s features and functionalities are impressive, with both GSM and internet capabilities, ensuring that emergency monitoring is always accessible for our valuable residents. The system provides real time monitoring and alerts for emergencies, enabling swift and effective response in critical situations. Acsess Health’s customer support has been exceptional. From the initial consultation to the installation of the units and ongoing support, their team has been responsive, knowledgeable and dedicated to addressing VMCH’s needs and the needs of our residents. They have been proactive in providing updates, training and advice. I highly recommend Acsess Health and the NOVO system to any organisation seeking to enhance their emergency preparedness and ensure the well-being of their residents.
